Cloudn't is built for companies without an IT department. Many of those companies already trust an accountant, a consultant or an agency. This page is how those introductions work.
Who this is for
People who already advise businesses of about 3 to 50 people: bookkeeping, HR, operations, brand, or general management. You know they need proper email and files. You do not want to become their IT department.
What an introduction is
You point a company at Cloudn't. They create their own account. They stay the customer. You do not operate their mail or files through Cloudn't unless they add you as a person in their company, which is a different thing.
What you can tell them
- Cloudn't is the IT department. They talk in ordinary words. They approve. Cloudn't sets up email, files and the domain.
- People still get Gmail or Outlook. Cloudn't is not a new island of tools.
- Free is $0 and tells them what to do. Pro is $99 a month and does it. Microsoft and Google licences are extra.
- Nothing important happens without their yes. Card numbers never sit with Cloudn't.
What not to promise
- Do not invent a discount, a commission, or that you operate Cloudn't for them.
- Do not send them a price for Microsoft or Google licences as if it came from Cloudn't. Those figures appear in the product, before anything is created.
- Do not collect their passwords to “set Cloudn't up”. They register themselves.
Money
There is no public rate card on this page yet. Cloudn't will not invent a percentage here. If Cloudn't pays for introductions, the terms will be written on this page and agreed before any payment. Until then, introductions are still useful. They are not a secret programme.
How to start
Read Press & media for the short version of what Cloudn't is. Send the company to this website. If you want to be listed as the person who introduced them, create an account and tell Cloudn't, or ask them to mention you when they register.
Ready when you are. . Cloudn't will write when you can start.
