Who this covers

People who join the waitlist, people who create a Cloudn't account, and people you add so they can have company email and files. Cloudn't is a business product. It is not for children.

What Cloudn't stores

Only what it needs to run the product for your company.

• Waitlist: email, so Cloudn't can write when the product is ready.
• Account: email, name, password (stored so Cloudn't can check it, not so the chat can read it).
• Company: name, language, plan, people you add, domains Cloudn't operates, and whether Google or Microsoft is in use.
• Work: chats with Cloudn't, plans you approved, setup steps, and a history of what changed.
• Payment: if you start Pro, that a payment method exists. The full card number is stored with Stripe, not with Cloudn't.

Why

To sign you in, run Cloudn't, keep mail and files working, show costs, and remember what you already approved. On Pro, to order, change and watch the setup you chose. The legal ground is the contract to provide Cloudn't, and the duty to keep that service secure.

Who else sees it

Google or Microsoft see the mail and files they host for the company, once those services are connected. The registrar sees what it needs to register or transfer a domain. Stripe sees what it needs to store a payment method. Hosting stays in the EU. Cloudn't does not sell this information and does not use it for advertising.

How long

While the company uses Cloudn't, and for a limited time after if the law or a dispute requires it. You can ask Cloudn't to close the account and to correct or export what it holds about you.

Your rights

You can ask Cloudn't to show, correct, export or delete personal data it holds about you, or to close the company account. Sign in and tell Cloudn't. If you cannot sign in, use the contact path on Press & media. A leak or a weakness belongs on Report security concerns.
