What Cloudn't does
Cloudn't can search, register, transfer and renew a company domain, and write the DNS records mail needs. The first registrar is Webb.se (Perfect Sense AB). Cloudn't does not sell web hosting or a mailbox at the registrar. Mailboxes live with Google or Microsoft.
Your yes
Nothing is registered or transferred until you approve. If you asked to move a named domain you already own, Cloudn't treats that as a transfer, not as a new registration. For a .se domain you may also need to confirm the Swedish declaration (egenerklaring). Registrant name, organisation and organisation number come from the company, not from Cloudn't.
While Cloudn't operates it
DNS stays where Cloudn't can write records, so email can be set up without you editing DNS. You still own the domain. Renewal is billed as the domain, not as Pro. Search prices from the registrar are not the customer price. You see the price Cloudn't shows before you approve.
If you leave
The domain remains yours. Moving it away follows the registrar’s transfer rules. Cloudn't will not hold a domain hostage. Tell Cloudn't before you need the change, so mail records are not left pointing at a setup that no longer exists.

A Cloudn't domain is not a website, a shop, or a mailbox at the registrar. Mailboxes live with Google or Microsoft. Pro is not a domain fee. The domain is billed as the domain.
