Cloudn't is on the way.

Guides

Each of these is a conversation with Cloudn't, not a course. Start with the one in front of you.

Start Cloudn't

This is the path from the public site into a working company.

  1. Open Cloudn't and create a free account. Email, then the company name, your name, a password and the language the company will use.
  2. Tell Cloudn't what the company needs, in ordinary words. A few questions. Then a plan and a monthly price.
  3. Approve if it looks right. On Free, Cloudn't tells you what to do next. On Pro, Cloudn't sets it up.

Choose Google or Microsoft

You do not need to know the catalogues. You need to know how people already work.

  1. Tell Cloudn't if the company already lives in Gmail, Drive, Outlook or Teams.
  2. If nobody is sure, say that. Cloudn't compares and recommends.
  3. Approve the choice. Cloudn't uses that as the shape for email and files. Details: Connectors.

We already have Google or Microsoft

Keep it. Cloudn't is the department on top, not a replacement inbox.

  1. Create the account and say what you already use.
  2. On Free, Cloudn't can connect in a way that lets it look, not change.
  3. On Pro, Cloudn't takes the setup from there, with your yes on anything that alters people, cost or access.

Get a company domain

Keep the one you have, or get a new one. A domain is its own line, not part of Pro. Full terms: Domain registration terms.

  1. Tell Cloudn't the name you want, or the name you already own.
  2. If you already own it, Cloudn't treats that as a transfer, not a new registration.
  3. You approve the name and the price. For a .se domain you may also confirm the Swedish declaration.
  4. Cloudn't writes the records mail needs, so you do not edit DNS.

Add someone who is joining

  1. Tell Cloudn't the person’s name. Same access as someone already on the list, if that is what you want.
  2. You see the extra seat cost before anything is created.
  3. On Pro, Cloudn't creates the email and the files they should reach. On Free, Cloudn't tells you what to do.
  4. You still approve if the change is sensitive. You cannot remove yourself as the signed-in owner.

Someone is leaving

  1. Tell Cloudn't who is leaving, and when.
  2. Say whether their mail should be kept, forwarded, or closed, in ordinary words.
  3. On Pro, Cloudn't removes access and keeps the files the company still needs. On Free, Cloudn't tells you the steps.
  4. Do not share that person’s password in the chat. Cloudn't will not ask for it.

Ask what this would cost

  1. Say what you want in ordinary words: mail for eight people, files everyone can reach, a new domain.
  2. Cloudn't shows the services and the monthly figures before anything is ordered.
  3. Microsoft and Google licences are never hidden inside Pro. Pro is the Cloudn't fee. The licences are extra.

Start Pro

Pro is $99 a month. Cloudn't does the work. Licences stay on their own bill.

  1. Open Plan in the product, or tell Cloudn't you want Cloudn't to do it.
  2. Add a payment method. Stripe stores the card. Cloudn't does not see the full number.
  3. Important and destructive changes still wait for your yes.

Mail is not arriving

Write what you see. Cloudn't looks at what it already knows about the company before it asks you to become a technician. Longer version: Support.

  1. Sign in and say that mail is not arriving, who is affected, and since when.
  2. Do not paste passwords, keys or full card numbers.
  3. On Pro, Cloudn't takes the incident. On Free, Cloudn't tells you what to check.

Ready when you are. . Cloudn't will write when you can start.
