General terms of use
These terms apply when you use Cloudn't. Not a Cloud in Sight AB, Sweden, operates the product.

The product
Cloudn't is company IT in ordinary language. Free: Cloudn't tells you what to do. Pro: Cloudn't does it for you, for $99 a month. External licences for Microsoft, Google and others are not included in either plan. You see prices before Cloudn't creates something that costs money.
The account
The person who registers acts for the company. The company is responsible for the people it adds, for the content in mail and files, and for saying yes to changes that matter. You must have the right to move or register a domain you ask Cloudn't to operate.
What Cloudn't does
Cloudn't works in ordinary language, keeps companies separate, and does not put secrets in the chat. On Pro, Cloudn't watches and fixes safe problems. Important and destructive changes still wait for you. Cloudn't does not promise that nothing will ever break. It promises to look, to tell you, and on Pro to act within what you have approved.
Providers underneath
Mail and files are supplied by Google or Microsoft. Domains Cloudn't operates are registered through a registrar. Their terms apply to those services. Cloudn't does not replace those terms. Domain registration terms cover domains Cloudn't registers or transfers. Platform rules cover acceptable use.
Payment
Pro requires a payment method on file. The card is stored with Stripe. Cloudn't does not see the full number. Microsoft and Google licences are billed by those vendors, not as a line inside Pro.
Stopping
You can stop using Cloudn't. Mail, files and domains that live with Google, Microsoft or a registrar follow those services’ own rules. Cloudn't can pause an account that breaks Platform rules. Swedish law applies.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects how you use Cloudn't, Cloudn't will say so in the product. The date at the top of this page is when this wording was last set.
