Connectors
Cloudn't is the IT department. Google and Microsoft are the services underneath, when they fit. You talk to Cloudn't. People still get Gmail or Outlook, Drive or OneDrive.
Google Workspace
Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Meet for the whole team. Cloudn't sets up accounts, access and security, and keeps them running. Choose this when the company already lives in Google, or wants that shape.
Microsoft 365
Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and Office for the whole team. Cloudn't sets up accounts, access and security, and keeps them running. Choose this when the company already lives in Microsoft, or needs that desktop.
How Cloudn't chooses
If you already have one, Cloudn't usually continues with it. If you do not, Cloudn't asks how people work and recommends. You approve. Cloudn't does not pick a vendor because it pays Cloudn't more. The recommendation is what fits the company.
If you already have one
Say so in the first conversation. On Free, Cloudn't can connect in a way that lets it look, not change. On Pro, Cloudn't takes the work from there. You still approve anything that alters people, cost or access.
If you have nothing yet
Tell Cloudn't how people work today: shared inboxes, personal Gmail, files on a laptop. Cloudn't shows a plan for Google or Microsoft, the domain behind it, and the monthly price. Nothing is created until you say yes.
The company domain
Keep the domain you have or get a new one. Cloudn't can register or transfer it so mail records can be written without you editing DNS. You stay the registrant. A domain is its own line, not part of Pro. See Domain registration terms.
What the vendor still bills
Microsoft, Google and other licences are billed separately. Cloudn't shows those costs before you buy. Pro is Cloudn't doing the IT work. It is not a bundle of licences.
Ready when you are. . Cloudn't will write when you can start.
